As the days get longer and warmer, who doesn’t crave a frosty drink every now and then? Frosé is an iced blended drink made from rosé and frozen fruit, perfect for summer sipping. Refreshing mint complements the herbal notes of the wine while strawberries and honey add a touch of natural sweetness.

We recommend using the freshest, ripest strawberries you can, but frozen strawberries will do if you’re short on time. You can even prepare this drink ahead of time and portion it into mason jars for later. When you’re ready to enjoy, just let the frosé thaw a bit and drink right out of the mason jars!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle of Hi No Tori Rosé
  • 2 1/2 cups strawberries, additional for garnish
  • 1/3 cup mint, additional for garnish
  • 2 tbsp honey

Recipe

1.

Wash and de-stem 2 cups of strawberries. Lay the strawberries on a baking sheet, making sure to keep them separated so they don’t freeze together. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours to ensure the berries are fully frozen. The strawberries can be frozen as far in advance as you like, just be sure to keep some fresh for garnish.

Once the strawberries are fully frozen, add them to a blender along with the mint and honey. Pour in 1 bottle of Hi No Tori rosé. Blend until all ingredients are fully mixed and a smooth, slushy consistency has been achieved.

Portion the frosé into serving glasses and garnish with a sliced strawberry and sprig of mint. Use a biodegradable or reusable straw to reduce landfill waste. Serve with your favorite light appetizers and enjoy!
